Before you start.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You start your 7-day trial with your name, email and a password. You only give payment details, through Stripe, when you choose the plan to move to.
What do I get during the trial?
Everything in Pro, for 7 days. Choosing a smaller plan during the trial doesn’t remove anything until the trial ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
The plan you chose starts then. If you haven’t chosen one, new bookings and premium features pause. Your bookings and customers are kept, and choosing a plan restores access.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Moving up takes effect straight away, with the difference charged pro rata. Moving down happens at the end of the billing period.
How do I cancel?
From the Subscription page, at any time. Cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What counts as bookable staff?
People customers can book. Owners, managers and receptionists who don’t take appointments don’t use a place. You can add more for £10/month each.
Are text messages included?
Appointment reminder texts and waitlist alerts come with Growth and above. Marketing texts use message credits, bought separately as one-off packs.
Is WhatsApp or the AI receptionist available?
Not yet. Both are coming soon, and the AI plan can’t be bought until the receptionist is ready.
